OUR SERVICES (WHAT WE DO) :

24/24h and 7/7 we organise any type of patients transport, - whether the patient is lying, sitting, or in  a wheelchair, etc. – and either by ambulance airplane, coach or with a vehicule specially equiped for this purpose. Our vehicles equiped with the most technically advanced equipment and our highly trained staff (IAS/CRS) will provid the patient with a safe and comfortable journey. We also have the possibility to provide medical care during the missions together with medical doctors who are working with our various partners.

Our missions can be made to and from any destination, with the possibility, if required, to display your logo on the vehicle for the duration of the mission.

TRANSPORT BY AIRPLANE :

We are also able to charter airplanes, to provide the personnel and necessary equipment (also on commercial flights) for such a mission.

MATERIAL :

We have all the necessary equipment and oxygen available to rapidly equip on airplane, coach or any other vehicle with ; a specialised bed, immobilising mattress, a mattress with thermoregulation against hypothermia, infusion pump, syringe pump, aspiration, defibrillator, monitoring of blood pressure, pulse oximeter, capnograph, ECG, respiratory rate, temperature for adults, childrens and neonates, etc. as well as with a respirator and its spirometer.

We also have equipment adapted to transport by airplane, that consists of the same material as an ambulance (oxygen cylinder, intubation materiel, intravenous perfusion, blood glucose monitor, infrared thermometer, emergency medication, blankets, splints, various bandages, etc). An isolette can also be provided.

EXAMPLE OF A MISSION’S PRODEDURE :

Our telephone switchboard get's a phone call from an agent, concerning a patient staying in a hospital in Switzerland or abroad. Together with the agent and after having assessed the case and agreed upon the procedure to be followed (timetable, etc), we get in touch either directly with the patient himself/herself or with a contact person on site to inform him/her that we are commissioned to fetch him/her. We determine with the patient, what is necessary for their comfort and stock the refrigerator with a range of soft drinks, snacks, etc. In some cases, when the journey lasts 4 hours and more, we ask about his/her favourite films since our vehicles are equipped with DVD-players.
